Manufacturing Setups
Our engineering division has two advanced manufacturing facilities at Vishnoli and Karamsad, Gujarat. At our Vishnoli Plant, we have total area of 8,500 sqm for factory and office buildup area. Our Karamsad Plant has office buildup area and factory of 4,200 sqm. At these plants, we have in-house painting systems, blast cleaning and shot peening machines, plasma cutting machine, air pollution controlling systems, and more for fast and smooth production work.
We have great foundry and abrasive manufacturing facilities, using which 35 tonnes of alloy steel and CI castings are produced in a month. Also, 250 tonnes of abrasives and grits are manufactured in a month using advanced facilities. We have a special designing department where a large number of designers and engineers work using AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor Professional (2017 series). In addition, we have a separate department for Service & Support. This department is handled by mechanical and electrical engineers to support customers completely regarding products functionality and service.
